For many years Metal-Partner LTD has been supplying the Russia market and the CIS with the entire range of crushing, stone processing and sorting equipment for the production of building materials, sorting sand-gravels, solid waste, recycling sludge (waste), metallurgical, coal, ore production. It also carries out the production lines for Non-ore Industry enterprises and enterprises processing solid and construction waste.

There is an experience since 2004 in the recycling of metallurgical production’s waste to processing them into crushed stone for road construction. The strength of crushed stone is from 600 MPa. A separate department operates in Vazhinsky district, Leningrad region, in Podporozhye. The purpose of the separate department’s organization is the development of deposits of sand and gravel. In order to equip the production line its own production equipment is being used.

Depending on the source rock material and the required final product our specialists design special technological schemes for crushing and screening plant complex for each individual order.

Trim line is made by the Customer. Process lines are equipped with specially designed power cabinets under specific conditions of governance, including the use of R / C. In short, the equipment of the plant, line, a career is "turnkey".

For the development of remote sites, quarries, particularly in the road construction industry, mobile crushing and screening plant capacity from 35 to 100 cubic meters in 1:00 are being used, which are successfully developed and supplied by our experts.

For long-term objectives, particularly in the construction industry, stationary crushing and screening plant are used with the capacity of 1 million cubic meters per year. These production lines we supply to the Russian north to central Russia and southern regions.

Our specialists use a wealth of experience of domestic developers of mining equipment and foreign producers in order to develop one of the main components of the crushing and screening systems - Inertial Screens. We have developed a unique, reinforced vibration unit for all types of Screens, which will extend the operation of the equipment twice.

There are stabilized productions of special conveyor rollers in the stage of completion, designed to work in hostile environments.

At a complete set of objects our experts are paying special attention to Customers in the last requirement to the quality of the product, in our case of crushed stone for road building, housing and industrial construction – its cuboids form.

The target audience of our company are: business of road construction and mining industries of the economy, i.e. any enterprise that requires processing of stone materials (salt coal mining limestone for agriculture, iron ore, mining of precious metals and stones, basalt), oil and gas - laying trenches in the development of oil and gas fields, as crushed stone needed there to line the tunnels.

Production is aimed primarily at the following countries and regions: CIS, Africa, and such as India, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Mongolia. Iran and Iraq, Cuba is those countries and communities where at the time the Soviet Union supplied Soviet equipment.
